Jun 13, 2012 The C programming language defines a number of header files. Everyone has those header files. Graphics.h is something that YOU have, because YOU have turbo C and it comes with turbo C. Almost nobody else has it, because nobody else uses turbo C. The best advice I can give you is to not use turbo c. It's really, really old. This file contain devian c setup and graphic file.

C graphics using graphics.h functions or WinBGIM (Windows 7) can be used to draw different shapes, display text in different fonts, change colors and many more. Using functions of graphics.h in Turbo C compiler you can make graphics programs, animations, projects, and games. You can draw circles, lines, rectangles, bars and many other geometrical figures. You can change their colors using the available functions and fill them. Following is a list of functions of graphics.h header file. Every function is discussed with the arguments it needs, its description, possible errors while using that function and a sample C graphics program with its output.
I have been searching to get the source code of the header file graphics.h and its associated library in order to integrate it with my C program. At the same time, I am interested in those cross-platform libraries that works on more than one compiler. I can do graphics in Dev- C. I am using Dev-C.:). Just follow the instructions carefully and do not forget to put linkers. You can't do a graphics by making a new source file. You need to do a new project to put linkers. Yes, but you are not using the 16-bit functions that are in graphics.h that is supplied with Turbo C.

Most of the functions are two dimensional except bar3d which draws a 3d bar, you can also implement these functions using already existing algorithms. You can also use these functions in C++ programs. You can use these functions for developing programs in Windows 7 and Vista using Dev C++ compiler. For that you need to download an additional package WinBGIm, download WinBGIm. Now open Dev C++ compiler go to Tools->Package Manager, use install button and then browse the package location. Now create a new project and select WinBGIm. This library also offers many functions which can be used for image manipulation, you can open image files, create bitmaps and print images, RGB colors and mouse handling.
hi I have a Borland C++ 5.5 command compiler. I needed to plot a graph using a C++ program. However, I discovered that there were'nt any graphics library (pls correct me if I'am wrong). So I copied graphics.h and BGI files from a Turbo C++ compiler.
But I can't still run any graphics based functions. There are errors of a 'far' variable like:
Size of 'far' is unknown,
Time is running out as my assignment date is due. If the Turbo C++ graphics.h is incompatible then how can I plot a graph in BCC32. Please help!

And just copy pasting the files wont do the job coz Turbo C is not the same as Borland C++, i hope you get the point.
